Our Privacy Commitment

At WallStSmart, we recognize that financial data is deeply personal. Our platform is built on the principle of Data Minimization—we only collect what is strictly necessary to provide high-quality stock analysis and portfolio tracking. We do not sell your personal investment preferences to third-party brokers or advertisers.

Information We Process

We process information necessary to manage your analytical experience:

  • • Account credentials and verified email
  • • Synced portfolio holdings (encrypted)
  • • Watchlist & "Smart Score" preferences
  • • Technical logs for platform security

Algorithmic Transparency

Our Smart Score and Intrinsic Value tools use automated processing to analyze official SEC EDGAR filings.

Note: This processing is for objective financial analysis only. WallStSmart does not use automated profiling to perform "high-risk" credit scoring or provide personalized legal financial advice.

Third-Party Data Integrity

To provide institutional-grade data, we integrate with regulated exchange providers and government databases. While these entities process market data, your personal identity remains shielded. We utilize Supabase for secure, encrypted authentication and data storage.

Your Global Rights

Regardless of your location, WallStSmart provides the following rights to all users:

Right to Access

Download a full report of your portfolio and preference data.

Right to Deletion

Permanently wipe your account and all associated analytical history.
